DxO Labs has released Optics Pro v8.1.3 [MW] with support for new cameras and an additional 260 Optics modules that correct various lens/camera combinations.

The Elite edition of Optics Pro now supports the Leica M-E/M9/M9-P, which use telemetric viewfinders. Both the Elite and Standard editions include support for the Nikon 5200, Panasonic FZ200 and Canon SX50 HS.

The additional Optics modules add support for more Canon, Leica, Panasonic, Sigma, Sony, Tamron, Tokina and Zeiss lenses for numerous Canon, Leica, Nikon, Panasonic and Sony cameras.

We've raved about Optics Pro in previous reviews and our peek at v8 impressed us with its recovery of shadow detail. It's optical corrections for various lens/camera combinations are particularly impressive (and easy).

The update is free to Optics Pro 8 purchasers and a trial version of this unique image editing software is also available.
