  • The $14.99 Pixelmator 2.2 [M], available on in the Mac App Store, adds a Shapes palette, Smart Shapes Tools (for editing outlines), a Shapes Style palette, a Convert Text-to-Shape function, a context-sensitive Smart Move Tool, a Paint Selection Tool, a Light Leak effect, improved type and drawing tools, and performance improvements.
  • Houdah Software has released its $29 HoudahGeo 3.4 [M] with support for track logs from QR codes, the ability to infer camera clock settings when given a capture time, automatic camera clock setup, preservation of map bounds and zoom level when switching providers and more.
