In this recurring column, we highlight a few items we've run across that don't merit a full story of their own but are interesting enough to bring to your attention (with more than 140 characters). This time we look at Sigma dp2 Quattro, Gharabli Ahmad, Photoshop Generator and eBay Camera Coupons Center.

  • In Sigma dp2 Quattro Test Shoot Pics and First Impressions, Serious Compacts regular Graham Gibson evaluates the unusual Sigma. "Slow to focus and slow to take the shot, and slow to take the next one." And that grip? "Ergonomically, the design is pretty poor, in my opinion. The 'grip' does not really fit the hand well and is shorter than I would really like it to be to get a firm hold on it." He's posted product and sample shots on Flickr.
  • Max Fisher showcases the work of Gharabli Ahmad, an East Jerusalem-based Agence France-Presse photojournalist who has been covering the conflict for five years. The 25 images "show the conflict, normal daily life, and the vast grey area in between."
  • In How to Use Photoshop Generator to Make iOS Webclip icons for your site, Terry White does just that with Photoshop's Generator feature, which we discussed recently.
  • Take a peek at eBay's Camera Coupons Center for discounts from specific merchants. BuyDig, for example, has 47 discounted filters today.
