DNP has announced the extension of its Total Protection End User Promotion registration through March 31. The program provides purchasers of new DNP DS40, DS80 and RX1 dye-sublimation printers a free three-year Advanced Exchange Service Contract, a retail value of $399.99.

Katsuyuki Oshima, DNP Imagingcomm America Corp. president, said, "Our AE service contracts are a true reflection of the confidence we hold in our products and our ability to serve our customers. By extending this promotion we are ensuring new and returning customers will have the full support of our service staff to keep their businesses up and running without interruption."

The contract guarantees 100 percent of covered parts and labor beyond the DNP manufacturer's limited warranty for new purchases. In addition, thermal print head coverage is also extended by twice the limited warranty and all repairs are made with genuine DNP parts by factory-trained certified technicians and authorized service providers, the company said.

DNP Extends Total Protection Promotion With Qualifying Purchases Through March

CONCORD, N.C. -- DNP Imagingcomm America Corp. has announced the Total Protection End User Promotion registration has been extended through March 31. All qualifying purchases made by March 25 of new DNP DS40, DS80 and RX1 dye-sublimation printers through authorized resellers are eligible to receive a free three-year Advanced Exchange Service Contract, a retail value of $399.99.
