The Polaris Karat flash meter introduced by Omegabrandess today includes a function to read the flash duration, the first of its kind, according to the company.

The redesigned meter sports a backlit LCD display in a slimmer and lighter unit that also has an Auto ISO function to suggest ISO when you set your aperture and shutter speed.

Other functions include Flash Duration mode, Flash Ratio, Auto ISO and Contrast Function, Memory Function as well as ambient light reading in both incident and reflective modes.
