Snoppa has launched an Indiegogo campaign for its M1 three-axis gimbal designed for smartphones. Among its innovative features are a foldable design for portability, Bluetooth connectivity and a low $99 price

"Snoppa has reinvented the videography experience so that filmmakers of all levels can shoot stunning scenes on smartphones at an affordable price," Snoppa CEO Jay Zhou said. "The unique design cancels out movements so that operator can focus on the action rather than the stability of their device."

With the smartphone mounted on the center of the gimbal without a frame, it can easily pan and shoot 360-degree videos, as well as perform rotation time-lapse shooting and multiple exposure.

The Pan Track Mode follows the user horizontally while shooting, while Lock Mode shoots in all directions with the phone stable and fixed. The Omni Track Mode however, allows you to shoot in all directions with the phone following their movement. Portrait Shooting Mode allows the creator to shoot vertically.

The M1 will be available from Amazon, Aliexpress, eBay and Snoppa's official site for $99. For more information see the news release below.

Eliminate Camera Shake With Snoppa Vibration-Free Smartphone Gimbal

Snoppa launches Indiegogo campaign to mass produce pioneering smartphone gimbal

Say goodbye to shaky or blurry video footage with a pioneering new smartphone gimbal.

The Snoppa M1 boasts the world's most advanced three-axis gimbal, so anyone can shoot stunning professional-looking films from their smartphone.

The sub $100 device is perfect for amateur videographers who want to capture visual masterpieces without the expensive price tag.

An Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign kicks off on the 10 October with a target of $10,000 to put the next generation technology into mass production.

Intelligent three-axis system

Snoppa M1 is the world's first three-axis smartphone gimbal to work without motor arms or extra weights. Its intelligent design makes it compatible with any smartphone and the most stable gimbal for smartphone shooting.

The gimbal system is designed for smartphone filmmakers to capture beautiful content while on the move. Whether walking, jogging or jumping to get a shot, the lens can pan a scene smoothly without vibration eliminating camera shake.

Innovative folding method

Traditional stabilizers are not designed to be folded and are therefore troublesome to carry around. The Snoppa M1 can easily be folded and packed away for filmmakers on the go.

Super fast setup

Regardless of the phone model and size, the Snoppa M1 can be mounted within seconds. Simply attach the smartphone to the clip in the center of the device to film from all angles. The gimbal also provides users with the perfect platform for 360-degree filming.

Sleek compact design

Snoppa M1's matte black polycarbonate shell houses intelligent technologies to enable content creators to balance smartphones and film scenes without interruption. The unique structural design of the gimbal gives it an elegant, sleek and compact appearance.

Multi-mode shooting

As the smartphone is fixed onto the center of the gimbal and without a frame, it can easily pan and shoot incredible 360-degree videos, as well as perform rotation time-lapse shooting and multiple exposure. It is the ultimate tool for videographers.

Filmmakers can shoot via various different modes. The "Pan Track Mode" follows the user horizontally while shooting, while "Lock Mode" shoots in all directions with the phone stable and fixed. The "Omni Track Mode" however, allows the cinematographer to shoot in all directions with the phone following their movement. "Portrait Shooting Mode" allows the creator to shoot vertically.

Designated app

With the Snoppa M1 app and Bluetooth connection, you can adjust the shooting parameters and automatic shooting functions to capture 360-degree panoramic images, achieve motion time-lapse photography as well as multiple exposure.

Connectivity

Capturing a moment within a matter of seconds can be done thanks to Bluetooth Low-Power technology, which means the Snoppa M1 stays on standby all the time.

Jay Zhou, CEO at Snoppa, says "Snoppa has reinvented the videography experience so that filmmakers of all levels can shoot stunning scenes on smartphones at an affordable price. The unique design cancels out movements so that operator can focus on the action rather than the stability of their device."

M1 will be available from Amazon, Aliexpress, eBay and Snoppa's official site, the current RRP is $99.
