Whatever happens in the 2018 NBA Finals, we want to congratulate the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors on being the champions of their respective leagues. For the fourth straight year, too.

And after two seven-game conference finals, it wouldn't be amiss to congratulate both the Boston Celtics and the Houston Rockets for their fine play.
A few days ago we ran across this shot from 2005 and thought, if the Warriors make it to the Finals, we'll use it.
We took it with a Nikon Coolpix S3 leaving a friend's house, looking up into the night sky and firing the flash instead of a ball. Still, we think we scored on this shot.
Like other outlets with perfect records, we aren't in the prediction game. But history has shown that the team that scores the most points will win this thing. Commentators and analysts are employed to conjure up any number of other factors as keys to the games.
But you can bet on that one.
