Moment Launches 'There There' Photo Contest

Moment, the smartphone lens converter company, has announced There There, a photo contest that kicks off a two-month travel photo festival.
CATEGORIES
You can submit photos to the contest in four categories:
- Go Far: the hidden gem you found by veering off the beaten path
- Impossible Shot: a perspective you still can't believe you captured
- Humanity: where the people, culture and life experiences meet
- Natural World: the power and tranquility of earth and its flora and fauna
PRIZES
Sixteen winners, four each from each of the four categories, will each receive $500 in cash and $1,500 in gear.
The winning photos will then be entered in the People's Choice award competition in which anyone can vote (starting Aug. 26). The winner will receive $5,000.
THE FESTIVAL
The Global Festival For Travel Photography will be held from Sept. 23 to 25 at Joshua Tree, Calif., where another $10,000 in category prizes will be awarded.
