Phase One Introduces Phase One Lab Program

Phase One has launched its Phase One Lab, a workspace allowing access to Phase One's development roadmap and Phase One's technical experts. The Lab workspace is activated as part of the latest IQ4 150 Infinity Platform update, which was also released today.
Phase One Lab's launch includes a new second exposure technology called Dual Exposure+.
DUAL EXPOSURE+
Dual Exposure+ introduces a new capture process using a second exposure to provide more detail with improved dynamic range in the image.
"The core technology of our first Phase One Lab feature, Dual Exposure+, is the culmination of many different development streams in sensor technology, platform architecture and image processing. With the Lab, we can now involve our customers directly in the process of turning this somewhat geeky technology innovation into a powerful and intuitive tool for creative photography," said Lau Nørgaard, chief visionary officer and vice-president of product management.
When you activate Dual Exposure+, the IQ4 seamlessly captures and integrates a second exposure, providing more detail in a single image. Dual Exposure+ is available to any IQ4 150MP customer who wishes to explore and challenge the image quality performance possible in a single exposure.
