Adobe has updated Photoshop on iPad with two new features, according to a blog post today by Pam Clark. New to the app are the Refine Edge Brush and Rotate Canvas tools.

Refine Edge. One of the two new tools added in the update.

  • Refind Edge Brush. The new brush can "precisely refine the border area of tricky selections, brush over soft areas such as hair or fur to add fine details," Clark writes.
  • Rotate Canvas. You can use a two-finger gesture to rotate the canvas and snap it to 0, 90, 180 and 270 degree rotations.

Photoshop on iPad is a 233.5-MB app that requires iOS 13.1 or later. After a 30-day free trial, it's $9.99 a month if not included in an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.
