Camera Bits Releases Photo Mechanic Plus

Camera Bits has announced the release of Photo Mechanic Plus featuring "the power and speed of Photo Mechanic with the addition of a premium, powerful image database for cataloging every image you've ever taken."
Plus replaces Photo Mechanic 6 adding a digital asset manager to create a database that crosses all of your storage media to allow you to manage your entire image collection.

- Powerful search box
- Saved search results
- Filter on metadata
- Multiple catalogs of your image collection
- Collections of images within catalogs
Images must first be scanned into a catalog and subsequently can be added to a catalog during with the Ingest feature that copies images from your card or camera to your computer.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
System requirements are rather simple:
- macOS 10.11.6 to 10.15.x
- Windows 8, Windows 10
PRICE, AVAILABILITY
A single user license is available at an introductory price of $229 ($399 regularly) with upgrades from either Photo Mechanic 5 for $179 and Photo Mechanic 6 for $90. A free 30-day trial version is also available.
Photo Mechanic 6 remains available for $139 or as an upgrade for $89.
