19 November 2021

PhotoShelter will host a free webinar on Dec. 3 at noon ET titled Vision Slightly Blurred with National Geographic photographer Jim Richardson.

With more than 50 stories photographed for National Geographic throughout Richardson's 40+ year career, from the Arctic to the Antarctic and many places in between, he'll have a lot to discuss with PhotoShelter co-founder and podcast host Allen Murabayashi.

The discussion will cover:

  • Richardson's collaboration with the Grand Rapids Symphony, which projected his images from the Hebrides Islands during a performance of Mendelssohn's Hebrides Overture
  • Photo workshops and travel photography during Covid times
  • The controversy surrounding the Environmental Photo of the Year

Registration is required. A recording of the webinar will be available at a later date.
