New Interface, Improved AI, Enhanced Performances for the New Peakto 1.3

MONTPELLIER, France -- Cyme is proud to present the new interface of its photo manager for Mac, Peakto, which will allow photographers to sort and select their best shots even more easily.

With so many pictures being taken and so many different cameras and software being used, having a centralized photo manager is a necessity for photographers. Peakto's new interface aims to provide easy access to search and sort filters and AI indicators. It improves the exploration of all photo catalogs regardless of their nature and origin.

Easily filter all images

The new filter bar provides easy access to the structure of any photo catalog, to the people identified in the images and to the sorting of images by keywords or dates. The sorting and search performance has been improved to respond instantly to queries on large volumes of photos.

Automatically categorize photos with AI

Peakto automatically gathers images under categories (portraits, nature, wildlife, architecture, etc.). The new interface now makes aesthetic scores, color harmony and much more quickly accessible. Photographers rediscover their images thanks to these new classifications that highlight not only their photographic nuggets but also the less interesting photos: Peakto's AI now recognizes documents, memes and drawings. It has also been trained to identify blurs, unusual white balance and the presence of a haze.

Find all versions of a photo easily

Peakto can group all the modified versions of the same photo together, no matter which editing software was used (Lightroom, Capture One, Luminar or Apple Photos). This function is now easily accessible from the status bar.

About Peakto

Peakto has been designed by Cyme to give photographers back the pleasure of browsing through their photos by gathering them all in one place, automatically sorting them by category, searching through all the catalogs and allowing the creation of multi-source albums.

Peakto offers navigation through previews of the photos (thus without duplicating them) and reproduces the structure of the catalogs where the photographers initially stored them.

Peakto is compatible with many photo catalogs, including the most popular photo editing software-- Lightroom Classic, Luminar AI/Neo, Capture One, Aperture and iView Media. It allows photographers to find all the photos taken with an iPhone thanks to its compatibility with Apple photos and, of course, connects with all the image folders saved on a computer or hard disk.

Peakto always stays up to date with photo sources to give photographers a perfect view of all their catalogs.

Price and availability

Peakto is a software for macOS, available by subscription or one-time purchase on Cyme.io and on the Mac App Store. Peakto can be tested for free for 15 days (no credit card required on Cyme.io). Peakto is available on a monthly plan at $9.99/month; a yearly plan at $99/year; or for one-time purchase of $189.

Configuration

Optimized for M1, Peakto requires macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later.
