Hasselblad has announced a six-month social media campaign to celebrate the Hasselblad Heroines honored over the past four years.

The campaign featuring images, Q&As and behind-the-scenes clips launches today. This month, Hasselblad will highlight four still-life photographers:

  • Annie Spratt. Based in the South of England, Spratt is the mother of eight. She currently serves as the content management lead at Unsplash. She has remained dedicated to her belief in sharing her work freely and has now accrued over 9 billion views and 50 million downloads on Unsplash.
  • Karen Thomas. The London-based food photographer has two decades of experience bringing culinary subjects to life through her lens. Her photography has attracted high-profile clients such as M&S, General Mills, NestlĂ© and McDonald's among others.
  • Lydia Winters. The chief storyteller at Minecraft, Winters is a key player in the gaming and photography industry. She specializes in product and watch photography, blending her storytelling expertise with her passion for capturing moments and creative aesthetics.
  • Andrea Zvadova. Through her macro and portrait images, Zvadova captures the details that transform standard depictions of beauty into windows of curiosity and abstraction. As a self-taught photographer Zvadova's style makes her a trailblazer in redefining beauty norms and championing individuality.

Since 2019, Hasselblad Heroines has spotlighted accomplished female photographers by sharing their experiences, industry challenges and artistic inspirations through images and interviews.

Celebrating Hasselblad Heroines

In recognition of Women's History Month, Hasselblad is embarking on six-month social media campaign to celebrate the Hasselblad Heroines honored over the past four years. The campaign will feature stunning images, engaging Q&As and present behind-the-scenes clips from our Heroines to pay tribute to these talented photographers and inspire the next generation of female photographers.

Since 2019, Hasselblad Heroines has spotlighted accomplished female photographers globally, sharing their experiences, industry challenges and artistic inspirations through images and interviews.

Starting today, the campaign aims to exhibit the diverse talents and perspectives of Hasselblad Heroines, spanning portraits to landscapes, architecture to street photography. This month, we highlight still-life photographers Annie Spratt, Karen Thomas, Lydia Winters and Andrea Zvadova. We invite you and your readers to join the celebration, follow along and consider featuring their work and captivating stories with your audiences.
